HOUSTON, WE HAVE A STANDER!

lol, I have no idea if stander is a word, but we are pretty dang proud of our girl!

Earlier today the kids started yelling, "MAMA MAMA, COME QUICK!" because Lily kept letting go of the couch and completely standing on her own. I wasn't sure I believed them, but then she did it for me! Our camera wasn't recording right (can't find the right memory card) so we finally got it on Sam's phone...sorry for the poor quality, and she is not standing as long in the video as she was at first...she must have done it 50 times before we got the camera out, so she was pretty worn out! :)

HAPPY HAPPY DAY!!

That's great! My kids just watched it with me, and they like it too. They asked if Lily was Kamdyn lol, and if that was their Daddy cheering in the background lol. They know how much we cheer for Kamdyn, so it was a familiar sound : )

Hooray Lily! It's not letting me see the video at work so I'll have to try and check it out later.

Jesenia likes to stand up in the middle of the floor and hold her arms up and then she'll wait for everybody to look and then she'll clap. :)

We should get Lily and Jesenia together and maybe they can motivate each other to walk!

I just started reading your blog. My daughter has been home 3 weeks today from the NICU. SHe was a micro preemie. After 115 days in NICU, we can relate to you about all the scariness of NICU life; we stayed at Ronald Mcdonald House as well. I'm so amazed at the strength and love of your family. Your daughter is so incredibly adorable and God obviously has got some big plans for your little girl. Praying for you guys!

I absolutely love your blog! My little boy Bentley was born in Feb. 2011 & diagnosed with Down Syndrome, it came as a complete shock to me & everyone else. I found your blog not long after, & fell in love with it! Lilly is so gorgeous! She gives me so much hope & is such an inspiration & so is your family, not only to be but others as well! Everytime I read your story of Lilly being born it never fails to bring tears to my eyes! The video of Lilly standing is such a blessing!
